Climate control, in every indoor unit
Every indoor unit is held at a steady temperature and humidity, year round. That is what keeps furniture from warping, photographs from sticking, electronics from corroding and cardboard from going soft through a Connecticut January and a humid August.
The one exception is our drive-up 10×20, which is not climate-controlled and is priced accordingly. It suits tools, equipment and anything that would live in a garage anyway.
Your own access code
Every tenant gets a personal code for the building. There is no key to lose and no appointment to make; come when it suits you.
Entries and exits are logged, so we always know who is on the property.
Cameras, 24 hours a day
Recorded video surveillance covers the property around the clock, with bright, consistent safety lighting in the hallways and outside after dark.
No appointment needed
Stop by during office hours to see a unit, ask a question or borrow a cart. If the office is open, you can reserve and move in the same day.
